-Where are your Jerseys made?
All of our Performance goods are made In California. WHT LBL has a commitment is to use local production for sustainability and supporting our community.
-How do I find my size?
Check each product page for a size chart. Send us an email with your questions and we will be happy to help.
-How do I wash my Jerseys?
All performance base products will last longer if you don’t throw them in the washing machine and dryer! This means hand-washing in cold water and line drying.
WHT LBL lifestyle garments should be machine washed in cold water and tumble dry low.
-How do I order custom jerseys?
Please click the [Keep It Custom] tab on the menu bar for product and ordering info.
Shipping
-How long does shipping normally take?
Stock items will ship in 48 hours. Made to order items will ship in 7-10 business days. The product page will note if it is a “made to order” item.
CONTINENTAL U.S
For all U.S orders we charge a flat rate fee of $8. Free shipping on all non custom items over $100. Free shipping offer only applies for Continental U.S. customers
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO
For all U.S orders outside the continental U.S we charge a flat rate fee of $15.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping rates for international orders are a flat rate of $25

-Do you ship delivered duties paid?
No, you are responsible for all import duties and tariffs on international orders.
Returns + Exchanges
-What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
Our exchange and return process is simple. Send back the unused items, let us know why you are returning. Please use our Returns & Exchanges form when processing all returns and exchanges and email the completed form to us at info@whtlblcustom.com
-Are Returns/Exchanges free?
All USA returns on Stock items are free as long as the garment is in new condition and less than 30 days after purchase. Return shipping from all international orders is to be paid by customer. There are NO returns or exchanges on custom products.
